Evgenij Polyakov al Maggio Musicale Fiorentino

Historical Archive of the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino
Florence

On October 22, the three days of 25 years without Genia Polyakov began, 25 years after the Master’s death.

A collaboration with the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Foundation was thought of as the best start. On Friday 22 October, the Evgenij Polyakov al Maggio Musicale Fiorentino exhibition was inaugurated in the Historical Archive of the theater. The exhibition was curated by Manuel Rossi, head of the Historical Archive, with the artistic consulting of Nicoletta Benuzzi, Enrica Pontesilli, former dancers of MaggioDanza, and Annalena Aranguren.

Our sincere thanks go to them, as well as to the Teatro del MMF Foundation, its superintendent Alexander Pereira, Anna Ruggiero, Archives manager, and Paolo Klun, Press and media office. Thanks also to Susanna Colombo for her contribution to the exhibition, to our friends photographers and to all those who have granted us the publication of the photos.
